About the Event
Join us at Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs on Sunday, November 8, 2026 as the Front Range Series community - including Rocky Mountain, Pikes Peak, Southern Colorado, Roadrunner, and families from across the series - comes together to celebrate the 2026 race season. Please RSVP and purchase banquet tickets by Friday, October 16.
The banquet will include a breakfast buffet from 10:00–11:15 AM, with awards beginning at 11:30 AM.
We hope families will make a fun weekend of it! A discounted Great Wolf Lodge room block is available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, so you can stay one night or combine nights to fit your plans. We expect many families will stay Saturday night, enjoy the waterpark and lodge together that afternoon and evening, then attend the banquet Sunday morning. The banquet will include Front Range Series awards, along with RMQMA and SCS club awards.
Guests booking through the room block receive waterpark wristbands with their room reservation and discounted $5 parking instead of the standard $20 parking rate. The room rate also includes waterpark amenities such as life jackets and towels, plus complimentary arts & crafts, kids’ entertainment programs, and Wolf Ears.
Great Wolf Lodge has confirmed that overnight guests may begin using the waterpark as early as 11:00 AM on their check-in day, even though room check-in does not begin until 4:00 PM. Guests may continue using the waterpark until closing on their departure day — just keep your wristbands on.
