Mile High Shootout at IMI

Race Weekend Fees:

Race fees for the Mile High Shootout are $45/car/day for the two day event, so $90/car which covers both Saturday and Sunday. You may prepay online via credit card or pay in person at check-in at the track via credit card or cash.

If you participate in Friday's open practice, IMI will collect $30 at the gate to enter their facility, as this is not included in the Saturday/Sunday fees.

Available at 107 Laura Ct, Dacono, CO (Hwy 52 & I-25 Frontage Rd)

Tire Rule

Right side tires will be marked after timing Saturday and must be ran all weekend for that division, no swapping between cars

Camping opens Thursday evening by request (email president@rmqma.com to schedule access)

IMI gates open 10:00am Friday for parking and optional practice day (must pay IMI gate if practicing, free if just parking)

Saturday:

9:00am - IMI gates open

9:00-10:30am - Track setup

10:00-11:00am - Sign-in at tower

10:30-11:30am - Rookie training

11:45am-12:45pm - Controlled practice (5 cars at a time/max 3 minutes per session)

1:00-1:30pm - Pit meeting

1:45pm - Timing

Weekend Photos:

P3 Pix Youth Sports Photography will be onsite all day Saturday taking headshots and on-track action photos! We will be compiling headshots into a group photo, and a package of individual shots of your driver will be available to view or purchase Sunday afternoon.

Getting to RMQMA:

Our track is located in the southwest corner of IMI Motorsports Park. Let the front gate know you are there for quarter midget racing and they'll waive you through as your IMI entrance fee for Saturday and Sunday is included your RMQMA race registration fee (you must pay the IMI gate if opting to practice Friday). We have trailer parking spaces marked out along the east/northeast side of the racetrack with an additional row of trailer parking along the fence to the north of the track (no reserved parking).
